Window Cleaning

Do you clean tracks and sills?

Yes, we clean window tracks and sills. All window cleaning services come with a complimentary wipe of the tracks and sills, we do offer deep track cleaning for an additional charge.

How much does window cleaning cost?

That depends on the size of your property, and the number of windows you have and their location. We usually can provide an accurate quote over the phone for residential properties. Most commercial buildings require an on-site estimate.

How long does window cleaning take?

Again this depends on the size of your property. Most services take between 3-5 hours to complete. However if you're job is a bit larger or more services are bundled together, it may take longer. We'll always give you an estimate of how long we will be at your home so you can plan for it!

Can you remove hard water stains?

Most hard water stains can be removed. However, this is not included with regular window cleaning. Hard water removal would be considered window restoration. We will always point out hard water stains if we notice them and give you the option of getting them removed.

Do you clean window screens?

Yes we clean window screens!

Can you clean broken windows?

It's our policy to not clean broken windows. We don't want to make cracks in glass worse, or damage the windows any further by cleaning them.

Is window cleaning loud?

No, window cleaning is not loud. Pressure washing is the only service we offer that can be loud.

Do I need to be home for window cleaning?

This all depends on if your window screens can be removed from the exterior of your home or the interior. Of course for interior window cleaning someone needs to be there to let the techs in.

Pressure Washing

Do you clean mud dauber / dirt dauber stains?

Of course! Mud dauber removal is always included with your house wash.

Do you use harsh chemicals while pressure washing?

We use industry standard chemicals to ensure your home is clean. All of our techs are properly trained to handle these chemicals safely to ensure there is no damage to your property.

Will high pressure damage my house?

We only use high pressure for cleaning surfaces like concrete driveways and pavers. We use much lower pressure for house washing, so you can rest assured there wont be any damage to your home's paint job.

Do I need to be home for you to wash my house?

Nope! You don't need to be home for a house wash.

Gutter Cleaning

Do you clean the downspouts also?

Yes! All gutter cleaning / clearing comes with downspout flow checks. We remove all debris from the downspouts and test them with water to make sure they are flowing properly.

What do you do with the gutter debris?

All gutter debris is bagged and removed from your property.

Can you remove the stripes on my gutters?

Gutter stripe removal aka Tiger Stripe removal is a different service than gutter cleaning / clearing. We can remove gutter stripes, but it would be billed separately from gutter clearing.
